High Intensity Interval Training found in my traditional martial arts and self-defense training helps you get in the best shape of your life while having fun. No matter what your age or current level of fitness, it works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and cordination. With my program you will shed pounds fast using resistance training and good old-fashion kickboxing drills (minimal to no contact involved and no previous martial arts training required).
